When Services Become One System

The concept at the heart of the division begins with the fundamental meaning of integration: bringing separate and distinct elements together to form one complete, coordinated and interconnected entity.

In practice, this means connecting a broad range of capabilities required for the ongoing operation of sites and organizations. Maintenance, cleaning, security, construction, logistics, transportation, wellness services, outsourced services and additional fields operate as part of one integrated service framework, supported by the accumulated knowledge and expertise of Electra FM.

The objective is not simply to bring services together, but to manage them in a way that creates genuine integration between them: fewer interfaces, clear accountability and one comprehensive view of site operations.

One Point of Contact, Clear Responsibility

One of the key principles of the new structure is the creation of a single, clearly defined point of responsibility for the client, employees and partners, with overall accountability for the outcome. This structure is also designed to streamline work processes and enable faster, more flexible decision-making.

This approach is reflected in the way site teams operate as well. Rather than having each field function as a separate unit, the goal is to create one operational team with shared routines, knowledge sharing and clearly defined responsibilities. The division’s principles also include strengthening the customer experience and creating a shared identity for employees working within integrated service environments.

Starting with the Client

Integrated management is not only about how services are managed behind the scenes. It begins with understanding the organization those services are designed to support.

The division’s operating approach includes alignment with the client’s brand and values, adapting the service portfolio to its operational needs and creating a simpler service interface. Alongside these are principles of measurement and accountability, data-driven efficiency, optimization of workforce, energy and maintenance, and continuous improvement through automation, robotics and IoT technologies.

Innovation also takes on a highly practical meaning within this framework. It is not innovation for its own sake, but rather the implementation of solutions that generate measurable value, improve operations and enable more accurate decision-making.

The Strength Is in the Connection

The integrated model is also built on the ability to connect the different knowledge centers and professional capabilities across Electra FM. This connection enables support during emergencies, access to professional expertise, the integration of advanced tools and solutions, and work based on shared and clearly defined processes.

Today, the division’s activity already includes 29 operational sites and approximately 500 employees nationwide, working across a diverse range of environments and organizations.

The scale of this activity reflects the complexity behind the initiative, but also the opportunity it creates: bringing together a wide range of services, professions and people to create one system working toward a shared objective.

One Team, One Mission

The launch of the Integrated Division represents more than a new organizational structure. It reflects an operating approach designed to connect Electra FM’s existing capabilities, bring them together into one integrated service framework for the client and create shared responsibility for the outcome. One team. One mission. One integrated responsibility.

On September 2, 2026, Electra FM officially launched its Integrated Division at a celebratory event marking the beginning of the division’s activity. The event was opened by Daniel Milo, CEO of Electra FM, followed by Adi Sharvit, Head of the Integrated Division, who presented the division, its operating approach and its launch plan.

[31
377,252,378
post-10149","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-integrated-division","tag-integrated-facility-management","tag-operational-innovation

![""]("https://www.electra-fm.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/WhatsApp-Image-2026-09-06-at-10.43.40-3-1-1024x768.jpeg")
