The company faced a significant challenge when it received an emergency call from the Bank Hapoalim branch in Acre, a key strategic customer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The task was to install a mobile air conditioning system within a very short timeframe while ensuring the branch&#8217;s operations continued smoothly. Field Service responded promptly and efficiently. Under the direction of <strong>Sharon Elimelech<\/strong>, head of the IFM team, they worked diligently to install an advanced mobile air conditioning system. The team labored continuously for about 8.5 hours, working late into the night to complete the task.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project highlighted Field Service&#8217;s operational excellence. The skilled staff installed the air conditioning system with remarkable speed and efficiency, causing minimal disruption to the branch&#8217;s ongoing operations. Bank Hapoalim&#8217;s management highly appreciated the quick response and efficient solution. The new system was operational immediately upon installation, ensuring an optimal work environment and enhancing the customer service experience at the bank.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assi Amram<\/strong> praised the team\u2019s performance: &#8220;The quick and professional execution by the Field Service team ensured vital business continuity for the branch.
