At the heart of this perspective is <strong>Talel Kind<\/strong>, the company&#8217;s HR coordinator, who has transformed the traditional role into a journey of connection, empowerment, and social impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talel\u2019s story at Michlol began in the service department, where she discovered her passion for working with people. \u201cI started my journey in the service department and from there moved into human resources,\u201d she shares. \u201cThroughout this process, I discovered how much I love working with people and helping them, which motivated me to grow in the field and make it the center of my work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.electra-fm.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/IMG-20241226-WA0047-1-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.electra-fm.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/IMG-20241226-WA0047-1-edited.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.electra-fm.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/IMG-20241226-WA0047-1-edited-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The family-oriented value at Michlol is not an empty slogan. It is reflected in every aspect of the company\u2019s activity, from the daily support of employees to special events. The company\u2019s annual event, for example, has become a highlight of the organizational calendar under Talel\u2019s leadership. \u201cIt is a moment when we all come together, enjoy ourselves, and connect to the values and meaning of being part of Michlol,\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the challenging period of the current security situation, the HR department demonstrated its true strength. The team led various volunteer initiatives for evacuees and soldiers while maintaining constant contact with reservist employees and their families. The vision is to lead the organization not only professionally but also by fostering a corporate culture that places people at the center. In an increasingly impersonal business world, Michlol proves that the path to success lies through genuine human connection and investing in employees as people, not just as resources.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cInvest in people, truly listen to them, and remember that your role is to build relationships, not only manage processes,\u201d Talel summarizes her worldview.
