Technicians, equipped with helmets and protective vests, follow Home Front Command protocols and focus on restoring vital systems: elevators, fire detection and suppression, electricity, generators, HVAC, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has invested in emergency-grade equipment: armored vehicles, remote damage detection tools, and advanced personal protective gear. \u201cWe don\u2019t just safeguard the infrastructure\u2014we protect our people too,\u201d emphasizes Elad Amzalag, Head of the Mobile Response Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overall picture reveals an organization operating in complete coordination \u2013 while security teams ensure safety and access to sites, cleaning staff are working around the clock at medical and security facilities, and technical teams are restoring critical systems to full operation. Even with a significant portion of employees called up for reserve duty and a reduced workforce, those who remain are working tirelessly to fill the gap.
\u201cThere was no hesitation \u2013 hundreds of Tavas cleaning staff and management teams mobilized immediately at the start of the operation, in full 24\/7 format, to ensure continuous service for essential clients,\u201d says Ilan Shimoni, CEO of Tavas.
