Tal Almog

Tal Almog began her Electra Group career in 2013 as an organizational development manager, and has served as Electra FM’s VP Human Resources since 2017. As the senior executive responsible for managing the complete professional lifecycle of all employees, Tal always takes care to remember – and to remind others – that every team member is also a person with their own challenges, concerns, and family life. Her vision is to create a positive organizational culture that treats everyone with respect and appreciation, helping them to express themselves and feel truly at home in Electra FM’s various work environments. Tal’s role focuses on HR policy setting, development at all levels, welfare, training, salary and benefits, and individual wellbeing. The recently launched Employee Service Center reflects the importance of each employee to the Group as a whole. She is dedicated to continuing along this path, making employees’ daily lives easier and more productive, with an emphasis on in-depth development and training processes.
