Nadav Hartal

Nadav Hartal has been CEO of Electra Field Service since 2022, managing maintenance and fire protection services all over Israel.

The service field in general, and IFM services in particular, are moving forward on a daily basis through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Nadav’s role includes project management for hundreds of technicians in the field, as well as a national service center, while also effectively integrating IoT solutions.

Nadav’s goal is to provide customers with 360-degree service that covers a wide variety of professional capabilities, with supporting infrastructure and technologies. By detecting issues remotely, Electra Field Service can supply immediate support, quickly resolving or even avoiding emergency situations.

He believes in the ability of each team member to generate the high added value that comes from constantly striving for excellence, as well as the teamwork that creates far more than the sum of its parts.
