Sirens sound, daily life shifts, and many people seek shelter. That is when our work begins. Electra FM teams are already on their way to sites, equipped with the necessary gear, a clear action plan, and full commitment to maintaining business continuity at essential facilities. This is not an improvised reaction to a moment in time, but the precise activation of a mechanism the company built in advance, implemented, and drilled over time.

Especially in these days, our strength resonates. During Operation Roaring Lion, Electra FM continues to operate as part of the routine and emergency response system, safeguarding business continuity and operational stability at essential sites, where uninterrupted performance is a basic condition for continued activity.

As operations shifted to emergency mode, the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) mechanism was activated immediately. BCP focal points across all companies received structured operational instructions and began targeted preparations in communications, team availability, equipment readiness, and overall preparedness. This created a clear situational picture from the earliest stages and ensured every unit could operate in a consistent, rapid, and precise manner.

Emergency-mode operations were implemented across all of the company’s critical sites, including the defense sector, defense industries, healthcare institutions, and financial organizations, by virtue of their designation as essential workplaces. At these sites, operational responsibility is integral to the client’s ability to keep functioning. Accordingly, our teams mobilized to support every need that arose on the ground and to provide professional, real-time response.

Daniel Milo, CEO of Electra FM, summarized it this way: “National resilience is built on business continuity. Electra FM stands on the operational frontline to ensure that even at the peak moments of an emergency, critical infrastructure remains resilient and fully functional. I would like to express my deep appreciation to our teams who went into the field, provided response and service to our customers with dedication and professionalism, and did so with responsibility and full commitment.”

On the ground, actions were carried out based on real-time needs. Among other measures, work was shifted to rotating shifts of critical professionals, including electrical engineers, electricians, and HVAC personnel at military bases. In parallel, residential compounds were established to accommodate reserve forces at bases as required, emergency inventory was stocked and generator systems were refueled across all sites, and protected underground wards were opened at healthcare institutions to enable continued operations even under complex conditions.

From the outset of the events on Saturday morning, the company operated in emergency mode in accordance with Home Front Command directives. The company’s operations center was reinforced with the support of a senior manager, and company leadership began a series of visits to critical sites, including military bases and healthcare institutions, to assess needs and strengthen team morale.

Alongside activity at essential facilities, dozens of Electra FM teams operated in the field with high availability and delivered immediate response to dozens of impacted sites. Following the operation, dozens of structures, including towers, buildings, and residential homes, were affected as a result of blast waves, direct hits, and shrapnel impacts. Teams worked to provide operational and maintenance response based on needs in the field, while maintaining strict safety standards and professional execution.

In accordance with the situation management mechanism that was activated, a daily status assessment was conducted regarding manpower, including mobilized personnel, restricted personnel, and available staffing, as well as regarding impacts at customer sites under the responsibility of the various companies. All information was collected and documented for learning and debriefing purposes, as part of a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

In a reality of security uncertainty, facilities management is far more than routine maintenance. It is measured by the ability to maintain business continuity at essential sites, activate a coordinated and precise system, and remain a stable operational partner for the customer even as conditions on the ground change. During Operation Roaring Lion, Electra FM acted from the very first moment with drilled readiness, strong field presence, and immediate response to critical needs. For our customers, this is a true partnership and a reliable address that ensures continuity and operational peace of mind, in routine times and in emergencies.
