Looking Back on the Year and Looking Ahead: The 2026 Work Plans Conference of Electra FM’s Maintenance Division

Between day-to-day operations and strategic goals: Electra FM’s Maintenance Division gathered at Bayit – Urban Events Space in Ra’anana to review achievements, map out challenges, and create a shared direction for the road ahead.

Last week marked a meaningful moment of pause and connection for the Maintenance Division. At a focused professional conference held at Bayit – Urban Events Space in Ra’anana, the division’s management, work managers, and additional professional team members came together for a meeting centered on the heart of our work: reflecting on the path we have taken and building our 2026 work plans.

Striving for excellence while keeping the bigger picture in mind

The conference provided an important opportunity to step back from the pace of daily work, review the significant achievements we have already accomplished, and take a deeper look at the goals and objectives ahead. Throughout the day, we discussed the processes we have advanced, the professional challenges ahead of us, and the ways to further strengthen the field and support the professional development of each and every one of us.

We were pleased to hear from Daniel Milo, CEO of Electra FM, who shared the group’s work plans, expressed appreciation for an excellent year, and outlined key points for the road ahead. Avi Mazliach, CEO of the Maintenance Division, analyzed the complex work carried out during 2025, a year shaped by war, and presented the work plans that will lead us forward in the coming year, with an emphasis on professional, demographic, and security-related developments.

Thinking outside the box: The power of the puzzle

We concluded the day with a unique and engaging lecture by Guy Loel, titled “Through the Puzzle”. Guy challenged the way we think by holding up a mirror to the barriers we all know well: those moments when a task feels “impossible,” when communication breaks down, or when we find ourselves stuck in fixed patterns of thought.

The most fascinating part was the connection between words and action. Through creative kits distributed to all participants, we actively experienced the process of solving challenges. Together, we learned how to break barriers, think outside the box, and see the bigger picture in a different and original way. The ability to practice mental flexibility in real time left all of us with practical tools and plenty to think about.

Continuing to grow together

The Work Plans Conference is much more than a professional gathering. It is our way of creating a shared language and strengthening the direct connection between our broader goals and the excellent work carried out in the field every single day.

We are leaving the conference with a strong professional foundation, ready to continue growing, leading, and delivering excellence in both service and execution.
