Avi Mazliach

Since 2008, Avi Mazliach has been CEO of the Electra FM Maintenance Division, the largest such division in its field. The division currently manages more than 120 projects, involving some 6.5 million square meters.

Avi is motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of leading and undertaking mega-projects that involve the seamless integration of all IFM fields at the forefront of technology. This includes the combined efforts of some 1,500 employees, with engineers and technicians covering 25 different maintenance specialties.

He views the division’s main goal as being to maximize the customer’s experience, freeing up each customer to focus on their core business by creating an efficient, advanced work environment that saves resources and identifies smart solutions in real time.

Avi also serves as a colonel (res.), commanding the Air Maintenance Squadron at the Nevatim, Hazor, and Tel Nof bases.
