Idit Shani

Idit Shani joined the Electra FM Group in 2018 and serves as VP IFM & Global Strategic. The in-depth experience she acquired over two decades at an international company in the property management and operation field is reflected in her commitment to business-operational excellence, as well as in the development, implementation, and operation of integrated management models.

She founded and leads a professional strategic IFM community within Electra FM, through which she develops core cross-organizational processes that enable better review of service models, onboarding of the latest management skills, and transference of professional knowledge. Idit strongly believes in business development, which involves studying emerging IFM trends and establishing positive relationships with international partners and strategic customers.

In Idit’s view, the IFM field holds many diverse business opportunities, including the development of new customized operational models, saving resources, making innovations and cutting-edge technologies more accessible, reducing the ecological footprint of the Group’s customers, and of course promoting a safe, healthy business and working environment for all parties.
