Idit Shani

Idit Shani joined the Electra FM Group in 2018 and serves as VP of Strategy & Business Development.
The rich experience she acquired in the field of asset management and operations in an international company over two decades is reflected in business and operational excellence, as well as in the development, implementation, and operation of integrative management models.

She established and leads a professional and strategic IFM community within the organization, through which she develops core cross-organizational processes that enable the examination of service models, the implementation of up-to-date management skills, and the acquisition of professional knowledge. She is responsible, among other things, for business development, reviewing emerging market trends in the IFM world, and establishing relationships with international partners and strategic clients.

In Idit’s view, the IFM field holds many diverse business opportunities, including the development of new customized operational models, saving resources, making innovations and cutting-edge technologies more accessible, reducing the ecological footprint of the Group’s customers, and of course promoting a safe, healthy business and working environment for all parties.
