Ilay Peretz

Ilay Peretz has served as CEO of ARD Group for over 14 years, leading one of Israel’s leading logistics, distribution, and transportation groups. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a graduate of a Directors Program.

In his role, Ilay leads the Group’s business strategy, growth, and development initiatives, driving complex projects, implementing advanced technologies, and continuously enhancing customer experience. Under his leadership, ARD Group provides end-to-end logistics solutions, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and supply chain services for a diverse range of clients across the commercial, public, and defense sectors.
