Elbit Systems is one of Israel’s and the world’s leading defense companies, developing and delivering advanced systems and solutions for military and security organizations. Located in southern Israel, the Ramat Beka site is one of the company’s primary production facilities for its Land Division. In recent years, the site has expanded significantly as part of the relocation of Israel’s defense industry from the country’s center to the Negev following its acquisition by Elbit. Today, the site includes extensive production facilities, infrastructure, and operational systems.

Following its successful bid in a tender for maintenance, cleaning, and managed services, in which leading companies in the industry participated, Electra FM began operating the Ramat Beka project on April 1, 2026. As part of the project, Electra FM provides a comprehensive service solution for the site’s management and operations through its Maintenance Division and Tavas, working together on site.

The project brings together a broad range of professional services under a single management framework, supporting the site’s day to day operations. Electra FM is responsible for maintaining infrastructure, buildings, and technical systems, as well as test areas, bunkers, and trenches. The company also provides landscaping and pest control services, alongside managed services that include supervision of the transportation network, oversight of catering services, and traffic safety management across the operational area.

Alongside the ongoing delivery of services, the site continues to expand with the construction of new buildings and infrastructure alongside existing facilities. As part of this process, Electra FM works closely with Elbit to support the completion, handover, and commissioning of systems in newly constructed buildings, contributing to the site’s continued development.

The scale of the site, its extensive infrastructure, and its location in a desert environment require continuous coordination across multiple operational disciplines, while ensuring uninterrupted support for the site’s systems and infrastructure. Electra FM’s integrated capabilities enable all services to be managed under a single operational framework, ensuring business continuity and delivering professional solutions tailored to the site’s operational requirements.

The project is managed by Erez Markovich, VP of Operations & Service, Maintenance Division, and Head of Electra MAAS Activity. In accordance with the client’s requirements, a dedicated on site service management team was established under the leadership of Simon Amiel, Ramat Beka Elbit Site Manager. The operational team also includes Aviram Azrian, Maintenance Manager, Rafael Irtuganov, Electrical Manager, and Dvir Adler, PMO.

The Tavas Southern Region team also plays a key role in the project, including Nadav Elmalem, Southern Branch Manager, Moran Maimon, Field Recruitment Coordinator, and Stanislav (Stas) Koziner, Cleaning Operations Manager at the Ramat Beka site, under the leadership of Dudi Mizrahi, VP of Operations.

One of the project’s defining strengths is the collaboration between multiple Electra companies, bringing together a wide range of expertise under a single integrated service solution.

As part of this collaboration, Electra M&E provides the site’s HVAC services through its Southern Region team and a dedicated on site workforce, in a joint process led by Erez Markovich and Eli Shabat, VP and Head of the Service Division at Electra M&E. Additional Electra companies, including Elco and Pek, also provide complementary services at the site under Electra FM’s overall management.

As part of the project’s requirements, the Appgrade service management platform was also implemented on site, enabling efficient management of work processes, service monitoring, and day to day operations.

According to Avi Mazliach, CEO of the Maintenance Division, the Ramat Beka project demonstrates Electra FM’s ability to lead complex service and facilities management operations in industrial and defense environments by combining professional expertise, advanced technological tools, and a comprehensive end to end service solution tailored to large scale sites that require stability, precision, and high execution capabilities.
