Operational Continuity

Operation Roaring Lion: How Electra FM Maintains Business Continuity as Part of the Routine and Emergency Response System

Sirens sound, daily life shifts, and many people seek shelter. That is when our work begins. Electra FM teams are already on their way to sites, equipped with the necessary gear, a clear action plan, and full commitment to maintaining business continuity at essential facilities. This is not an improvised reaction to a moment in time, but the precise activation of a mechanism the company built in advance, implemented, and drilled over time.

Certificate of Appreciation Awarded to Electra FM by the Ministry of Defense

The Maintenance Division of Electra FM recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Defense, in recognition of its exceptional activity during the period of warfare and emergency. The commendation was awarded for maintaining operational continuity at military bases and sensitive security facilities, for working under extreme conditions and at times under fire, and for making a significant contribution to rehabilitation efforts in the Gaza Envelope following the war.

Mission Under Fire: How Electra FM’s Maintenance Division Built an Emergency Ward at Assuta in 24 Hours

During the “Am Kelavi” war, a team of electricians from Electra FM’s maintenance division was urgently called to establish two emergency departments in the basement of Assuta Ashdod Hospital. The mission: transform an empty basement into a fully functional medical ward in less than 24 hours, preparing for patient evacuation from upper floors due to Iranian threats. The teams worked continuously and installed complete vital infrastructure systems – complex electrical systems, adapted air conditioning, medical gases, communications, and safety systems. The department opened exactly as planned on Friday morning, and life-saving operations commenced immediately.
