Electra FM continues to lead Israel’s facility management and maintenance sector by integrating advanced technologies into its inspection and risk-management processes. As part of the company’s innovation and quality strategy, a new collaboration has begun with WRIGHT Aerial Solutions, an Israeli firm specializing in advanced drone-based scanning, data analysis, and high-precision 3D modeling of buildings and infrastructure.

The new technology enables comprehensive aerial scans of building envelopes and rooftop areas that are typically not fully inspected using traditional methods. Right’s service includes AI-based data processing that identifies deficiencies and anomalies with exceptional accuracy. This allows the detection of cracks, debris, waterproofing issues, glazing damage, cladding failures, and even early indicators of future safety or aesthetic risks.

Beyond detection, the system generates a detailed report that includes an interactive 3D visualization of the structure. The report enables Electra FM’s professional teams to examine any point on the façade or roof, assess the severity of each issue, and prioritize corrective actions. Reports are stored on the company’s servers, creating a long-term database that supports trend analysis and enables tracking of changes and the impact of maintenance over time.

The technology is particularly suitable for assets requiring long-term service of five years or more, for sites that authorize drone operations, and for clients open to adopting smart, data-driven management models. For such customers, this capability represents a significant enhancement in transparency, reliability, and long-term planning.

The scanning tools are also used during Electra FM’s due diligence phase prior to onboarding new sites, allowing project managers to present clients with a clear and accurate assessment of the building’s condition from day one. Early identification of issues enables immediate corrective action and helps prevent future failures such as water intrusion, leaks, corrosion, or loosening of façade elements.

Initial deployments have already delivered impressive results. In one of the scans conducted at the Gav-Yam complex, damage to the glass façade caused by a blast during Operation Iron Swords was identified. The findings enabled a rapid response, targeted repairs, and preservation of both safety and aesthetics.

Electra FM plans to expand the use of this technology for ongoing quality surveys, periodic inspections, and special assessments in cases requiring precise diagnostics, such as external impacts, fallen cladding stones, or suspected waterproofing failures.

Integrating this new technology with Electra FM’s existing inspection processes is another key step in the company’s strategy to enhance service quality, strengthen safety performance, and build data-driven management workflows. This initiative reflects the core values that guide Electra FM: responsibility, professionalism, and continuous innovation.
