Electra has acquired a controlling stake in A.R.D Group, one of Israel’s leading companies in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management. The acquisition expands Electra FM’s activities into the world of advanced logistics and strengthens its ability to provide clients with a broader, integrated portfolio of operational solutions under one roof.
