Electra FM | Starting the New Year with Growth, Expansion and Renewal

Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, Electra FM employees gathered for a festive toast, taking a moment to come together, reflect on the past year and look ahead to a new year beginning at a significant period of growth, expansion and renewal.

During the event, Daniel Milo, CEO of Electra FM, addressed the company’s extensive activity, the achievements recorded throughout the year, and the business and organizational developments shaping the road ahead.

A Year of Growth and Expansion

The past year brought a series of new achievements and wins across Electra FM’s various areas of activity, alongside the expansion of services for both existing and new clients. These achievements reflect the company’s continued growth and the strengthening of its presence across the fields of service, maintenance, security and integrated facility management.

One of the significant developments in recent months is the addition of Electra Arad, bringing expertise in logistics, transportation and the relocation of complex operational systems. Its addition expands Electra FM’s range of capabilities and services and adds another professional layer to the comprehensive solutions provided to the company’s clients.

At the same time, approval was recently granted for the acquisition of Rahash Security’s operations, a move expected to expand Electra Security’s activities into additional sectors and with new clients.

These expansion initiatives are expected to add hundreds of employees to Electra FM and further increase the company’s scale of operations and professional capabilities.

Connecting Capabilities: Electra FM’s Integrative Division

One of the key developments highlighted by Daniel Milo was the establishment of Electra FM’s Integrative Division.

The division, which includes hundreds of employees, specializes in managing complex campuses and sites that require integration between three or more Electra FM companies.

The establishment of the division makes it possible to bring together a broad range of capabilities and areas of expertise under one management framework, connecting the different fields of activity according to the specific needs of each site and client.

This creates an integrated service environment in which the different services operate as part of one coordinated system, based on a broad understanding of the entire operational environment.

As Milo emphasized, the establishment of the division marks a milestone in the implementation of Electra FM’s business strategy, which was developed several years ago, and represents another step in strengthening the company’s position in Israel’s FM market.
