20 July 2026
Electrical systems in buildings and facilities are becoming increasingly advanced and complex, incorporating new technologies, standards, and solutions. This reality requires professionals to continuously expand their knowledge, stay up to date with industry developments, and become familiar with the innovations shaping the electrical and maintenance sectors.
With this approach in mind, Electra FM’s Electrical Community held a professional conference on July 9 at Nisko’s headquarters in Modi’in, attended by approximately 30 managers and employees from across the company.
Throughout the conference, participants attended professional lectures, explored advanced electrical and lighting technologies, and gained deeper insight into a wide range of products and applications used in complex electrical systems and facilities. The event also included a professional tour of Nisko’s manufacturing plant, where participants were introduced to the company’s production processes, quality control procedures, and industrial solutions.
Ofir Mashraki, VP of Marketing at Nisko Group, delivered a professional lecture tailored specifically to Electra FM’s needs, focusing on challenges in the maintenance sector. The session covered approaches to resolving complex technical issues, techno-economic considerations, practical implementation aspects, and tools that support professional decision-making and maintenance activities in the field.
Later, Ram Galimidi, Electrical Engineer in Nisko’s Marketing Department, presented a range of advanced electrical solutions and equipment, including explosion-proof equipment designed for specialized working environments, while also reviewing the latest technologies and solutions available in the industry.
Throughout the day, participants engaged in professional discussions and open dialogue with Nisko’s experts, addressing the day-to-day challenges faced by maintenance teams, practical field applications, and the advanced solutions currently available to industry professionals.
The conference was led by Oron Antebi, Chief Electrical and Quality Engineer at Electra FM, in collaboration with Nisko. As part of the ongoing cooperation between the two companies, Electra FM’s regional managers will receive a dedicated list of contacts and communication channels for professional consultation, technical support, and rapid response to field requirements.
The collaboration with Nisko is part of Electra FM’s ongoing professional development initiatives through the company’s knowledge communities. These initiatives are designed to further expand employees’ professional expertise, encourage knowledge sharing, and deepen their familiarity with the advanced technologies and solutions shaping the industry.
