Leadership from the Field: Meital Nahon and the Power of People in the World of Service
8 March 2026

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we are proud to share the story of Meital Nahon, Head of the IFM Services Department at Michlol Solutions, part of Electra FM. Driven, determined, and deeply connected – this is how she describes herself, and these three words capture the essence of the woman behind the role. This is a story of leadership that grows from the field, of deep commitment to people, and of a genuine belief in the power of teamwork.
Meital began her journey at Michlol in 2005, years before the company became part of the Electra FM Group in 2018. Over more than two decades of professional experience, she has gained extensive expertise in the world of service and IFM and progressed through a series of meaningful roles that prepared her to lead teams and manage complex service operations. Throughout the years she managed client portfolios, led operational projects, and guided onboarding processes for new clients. Each stage along the way added another layer to her professional acumen and strengthened the systemic perspective that guides her work today.
Beyond experience and professional knowledge, however, there is one thing that drives Meital throughout her journey: people.
“I believe that, in the end, everything is built on relationships,” she says. “I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers and seeing the results on the ground.”
This connection between people, processes, and results is what motivates her every single day.
For Meital, the transition into a managerial role was not a sharp change, but rather a natural evolution of her professional path. “I have always operated with a systemic perspective, and it was important for me to enable others to succeed, strengthen the team, and achieve the best possible results,” she explains.
She defines the essence of true leadership clearly: “True leadership does not come from a title, but from the ability to influence.”When Meital speaks about the service ecosystem within Electra FM, her pride is unmistakable.
“The people are the heart that connects the client, the field teams, and the suppliers. When people work with dedication and genuine care, a real connection and sense of partnership are naturally created. We always look at the full picture, combining high-level professionalism with true humanity, and operating end-to-end with full responsibility. This is how trust, stability, and real partnerships with clients are built.”
The service the client receives may appear simple and seamless, but behind it stands a complex system of coordination, planning, and processes that often remain invisible.
She builds her team according to the same philosophy.
“I truly appreciate the people who walk this path with me and I learn from them. Each one of them is a whole world. When people are given the space to bring their true selves to work, genuine commitment and a shared desire to succeed are created.”
The result is a team where each member grows into a leader in their own right.
Even in moments of crisis, when a client complaint or an unexpected issue arises, Meital maintains calm and perspective.“I take a deep breath and remind myself that the storm will eventually pass. I have learned to accept that things can sometimes go wrong. It is part of the service world. Once you accept that, it becomes easier to deal with challenges and continue leading the team forward.”
At the same time, she is not afraid to speak openly when necessary. “When there are unreasonable demands or safety concerns, I always make sure to communicate this clearly and professionally to the client, even if it is not always pleasant. After all, our interests are shared. At the same time, I ensure the message is always delivered respectfully and constructively.”
On International Women’s Day, Meital reflects on the unique strengths women bring to service leadership.
“Women naturally combine professionalism with human sensitivity. They know how to manage processes while also listening to both teams and clients. The combination of empathy and determination, listening and decisiveness, allows us to create service that feels personal, trustworthy, and stable, even in complex and high-pressure situations.”
What gives Meital strength during intense periods is a simple and sincere answer.
“First and foremost my beloved family, the good people around me, and of course my team.”
Beyond the professional world, she draws strength from a deeper source.
“I am a very spiritual person. My faith and my connection to the spiritual world give me strength and guidance in life. They remind me that everything is connected and that every action we take, even the smallest one, can have a meaningful impact.”
Her professional dream for the future reflects exactly who she is.
“My dream is to continue influencing, empowering, and making a meaningful impact on people. I want to keep growing as a manager and take on new challenges that will allow me to leave a real mark.”
And to young women who are just beginning their journey she shares a simple and heartfelt message.
“You are amazing. Every challenge you face will make you stronger and better .”
The story of Meital Nahon is a story of perseverance, professional growth, and leadership built day by day through belief, responsibility, and a genuine love for people.
As she proudly concludes: “I am proud to be part of this strength.”
