Summing Up the First Half, Looking Ahead: The Maintenance Division Conference 2026

Electra FM’s Maintenance Division held its conference marking the conclusion of the first half of 2026. Alongside a successful half-year review and the presentation of key priorities for the months ahead, the conference also reflected the broader development processes currently taking place across Electra FM, including stronger connections between capabilities, expanded service frameworks and continued enhancement of the solutions provided to clients.

The event began with a shared lunch at the hotel, followed by the professional part of the day, attended by the division’s employees and managers.

Daniel Milo, CEO of Electra FM, addressed the participants and spoke about several key developments taking place across the company, including the integration of Field Service activities into the Maintenance Division and the establishment of Electra FM’s Integrated Division.

The integration of Field Service strengthens service and maintenance capabilities in the field and enables a broader, more coordinated connection between professional teams, service operations and operational management. At the same time, the Integrated Division brings together a wide range of Electra FM’s areas of expertise and capabilities in order to provide integrated solutions for complex sites and campuses under one management framework.

From the broader picture of organizational development, the conference moved to a focused review of the Maintenance Division itself. Avi Mazliach, CEO of the Maintenance Division, summarized the successful first half of 2026, presented the key priorities and goals for the next half of the year, and praised the division’s employees for the professionalism, commitment and dedication that continue to drive its activity forward.
