The conference was attended by Mira Mines, CEO of Ariel Properties, alongside members of the company’s management team, operations managers, and site managers. Throughout the two-day event, participants attended presentations, panel discussions, and professional networking sessions, gaining insights into industry developments, exchanging knowledge and experience, and exploring the challenges involved in managing complex properties and facilities.

Under the leadership of Ilan Shimoni, CEO of Tavas, the company presented a range of advanced professional cleaning solutions at the conference. These included robotic cleaning systems and innovative working methods, demonstrating how advanced technologies are being integrated into cleaning and operational processes across properties and facilities.

Alongside these technological solutions, Tavas showcased the capabilities of its PowerJet unit, which specializes in professional and complex cleaning operations. One of the conference’s key panel discussions focused on the Beyond project in Givatayim, a flagship development by Tidhar Group, and the challenges involved in preparing to deliver services in a large-scale, complex tower.

The panel featured Adi Peery Harpaz, CEO of Tidhar Income-Producing Properties; Guy Rotshtien, Senior Vice President and Head of the Mixed-Use Properties and Parking Division at Ariel Properties; Asaf Alexander, CEO of Beyond; and Dudi Mizrahi, Vice President of Operations at Tavas.

During the discussion, Dudi Mizrahi presented the key elements of Tavas’s preparations for delivering services at the Beyond tower, addressing the project’s operational complexity and the planning processes required ahead of service commencement.

Guy Rotshtien discussed the relationship between a leading developer and a major property management company in a large-scale project such as Beyond, emphasizing the benefits of establishing a professional partnership from the early planning stages. On the second day of the conference, Liat Karpel, Operations and Customer Experience Manager at Ariel Properties, delivered a presentation on the transformation of the residential experience in high-rise residential buildings, an initiative being led by the company.

In her presentation, Karpel explored the evolution of property management, from an approach focused primarily on maintenance and day-to-day operations to a broader perspective that places residents’ experience and quality of life at the center.
